VIQTOR DAVIS collects and processes personal data relating to job applicants to identify suitable candidates for current and future roles (Legitimate Interest), enter into Employment Contracts (Performance of a Contract) and to defend against potential Legal Claims now and in the future (Legal Obligations). VIQTOR DAVIS may collect this information in a variety of ways. For example, data contained in application forms, CVs, Covering Letters, Passports or other Identity Documents, or collected through interviews and other forms of assessment, including online assessments managed by third parties.
VIQTOR DAVIS may also collect personal data about you from third parties. For example, formal references supplied by former employers and personal referees, information from employment screening providers and criminal records checks. VIQTOR DAVIS will seek information from third parties only once a job offer to you has been made and will inform you that it is doing so and ask you to confirm your consent to these checks.
If your application is unsuccessful, VIQTOR DAVIS will hold your data on file for 6 months. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your HR record, the periods for which your data is held will be provided to you in a new Employee Privacy Notice.
You are under no obligation to provide data to VIQTOR DAVIS during the recruitment process. However, if you do not, VIQTOR DAVIS may not be able to process your application properly or at all and your application may be unsuccessful.
