The only constant in business is change...

All modern organisations are data companies at heart. The problem is that most of them aren’t very good at it.

Advancing technologies have allowed organisations to become more effective decision makers through data and analytics. Many businesses are either undergoing a digital transformation or at the very least, thinking about it.

While the majority of businesses would like to be data-driven, the likelihood is that they are falling short. Investing in new technologies, systems and processes under the umbrella of a digital transformation is necessary but it’s only half of the battle.

A data-driven culture is crucial for an organisation to reap the benefits of a digital transformation however altering a corporate culture can be extremely difficult. Making the most of digital transformations and becoming data-driven is largely dependent on the internal culture; how data is seen, respected and used.

Culture eats strategy for breakfast.

Join us for a virtual roundtable where we’ll be discussing issues facing businesses today, how adaptability and agility are needed alongside how to make the most of a digital transformation.

We’ll discuss:

  • Business challenges – what they might be and how to manage in a COVID world and beyond
  • Digital transformation – how to make the most of a digital transformation
  • Data-led culture – is it needed for success and how would an organisation go about building one

If you lead a team, an organisation or are responsible for your organisation's data, this roundtable is for you.
